They did, they probably resell of some portal who does do serious business, they have no marge and need to act like this to prevent they do not go broke. These kind of cam sites have 6 months and they are crashed and burned, seen to many of these wannabee`s

If you genuinely think an affiliate is fraudulent you ban them, you don't simply take their money and allow them to continue. Or are you saying you're happy to have fraudulent affiliates?

I see you got chocker traffic in signature, was that skimmed and popunder from choker or th ts etc? Such make not many signups in cams even if cheap so I would assume is some else source.

chooker not involved here, this was a whitelabel i set up, dont know where the traffic comes from, new domain and have not even checked the stats, the domain also where used as a popup on one of my tubesites.

Fine, switch him to revshare, but at least pay him out what he's due. Do that to a few affiliates and you'll soon lose them all. I decided not to even touch these guys after saw camgirls complaining about not getting paid on another forum.

Man, you have such a MAGIC traffic with really good SignUP conversion (from tubes! WTF?), but which doesn't watch and talk to our models at all, doesn't visit rooms, doesn't spend FREE tokens after registration. The only thing your traffic is doing - registering as hell! Cheater? Of course not!
If your tubes give such traffic, then we wouldn't recommend any affiliate program to work with your tubes.

revshare 4 Life!

Well as a cam program we get affiliates using pay per free lead and I have to say: 60% of the new affiliates are cheaters! Yes the majority (more than half) of the new affiliates are cheaters! Especially some weeks these cheaters come in clusters, like a dozen in 3 days, as someone posted of "new cpa offer to rape" in a blackhat or botnet or otherwise shady forum or IRC channel. I monitor those and at times there's guys who offer paypal or "liberty reserve" payments with little commission to who is able to generate signups not caught as a cheating under their affilaite account (not every hacker got a paxum).

Simply they got an hundred of USA ip's and yahoo + gmail accounts to open as many tubecamgirl accounts, this way you can do $100 a day with few hours of "work".

About the ip's being proxies, they do not always use recognizable host.server.com type of IP's (lots of these proxy are recognised by the Maxmind geoip API as "A1" country rather than "US,CA,AU" etc. so are not credited in first place). There's smart ones who got US isp IP's such as comcast's or roadrunner's or verizon's, so to recognise them it must be used other ways.

For example the http referrer, from what page they come from? Of course some are smart and do fakesite.com with our banner and put fakesite.com in http referrer, so it seems legit.
Also, are these guys chatting or watching the site? If you don't have such detailed logs on activity of users, it is quite difficult to decide this is smart cheat or simply real guy who signup and quits in a minute.
We see that lots of real users signup and quit in a minute, that's a fact, and affiliate must be paid as this is real signup; however from 100+ different signups, someone should at least watch, chat or use free tokens, it is a statistical thing. Some smart cheaters of course will chat and keep logged-in one fake user every 10 in order to look real too :)

Sure some people got websites generating sales in autopilot, but there's too many million of people from 3rd world getting internet access and wanting to make money. A lot of unemployed people in country with no well paid jobs, with lots of free time and an internet connection, browsing "black hat make money" forums all the day.
Most of fraudsters come from India, Indonesia, Philippines, Nigeria, Brazil and such countries grow while 1st works shrinks. Some copy & paste stats:
