hello gfy, is there please anyone making sales with caribbean flavor cash? i dont think so, or maybe you are more lucky. friend just asked me how is possible to have rebill without sale, of course its not possible. so i have checked their stats just to show my horrible ratio there, and i see that i dont have sales, but i have refund. come one, can you please stop that fucking shave? impossible how some people still works, fuck them! :helpme :2 cents:

i know about two accounts, both problematic. one with rebill without sale, second with refund without sale. no account username sent your direction private will help, i bet i will get answer that problem is my traffic. but, it is black on white, something is strange, with your billing that is not setup right so you simply shave everyone, or there is problem with nats, so maybe nats people can look into your setup?

It's usually much more apparent these days when someone is shaving anything because the ratios are already naturally worse. In most cases if you shave anything from me I'm going to notice it and stop future promotion. It doesn't make sense to promote sponsors at 1:5,000 or those on revshare only making $16 per sale because there is rebill shaving or the adding fake credits. If you want affiliates to stay in the industry and promote you it's time to be a little more honest.

Well it is very funny, we have just knowing about this shaving. Sorry. So we could not have been shaving. We are so totally not doing that. So what we need to know is to Contact our program designer and have them look into this.

Shaving = Cheating webmasters in any way to deprive them of the money which they have earned.

At best it looks like there is a misunderstanding somewhere or else there is an error with your software causing this. At worst there is shaving. If you guys are innocent I would say get with lucas and contact Too Much Media (I think you are using NATS, right?) to go over what happened here. Then keep us advised as to what caused it.

Hi Guys I have Word from TMM/NATS after they have looked at my settings. This is what they had to say:

"The way you have your Caribbean Delight program set up, is that it will hide joins from the affiliate. You also only pay out for rebills for this program. In the one instance with affiliate1 where he sees only one rebill, that sale was chargebacked. The way the program is set up to handle chargebacks is to deduct them from the affiliate. This means he will never see any joins and what he earned from the original rebill has been taken from him.

For affiliate: affiliate2, he has never had any rebills, and he will never see any joins either, since you have the hide join option selected in the program."

So guys it would seem like when i did the program I set joins to hide since one this particular program we are only paying on rebills. If you guys like we could set the settings to should you the joins. This way you would see all the joins voids, credit or Chargebacks. Would you like that?

Note: The real name of the affiliates have been concealed for security reasons. Also I have receive full permission from TMM/NATS management to add their findings to the post.

That is an interesting strategy, I have never heard of anyone hiding joins until now.

Without the join data, affiliates have no way of seeing what your conversion ratio is, and also cannot tell if you retain well or not.

This is important information to see when evaluating an affiliate program.

Well when we just did the program TMM said it was ok to Hide Joins since we were never paying on joins. But now I see it best to just show joins.

So now all joins are shown. So go to your stats and you will see all joins and hits ratios.

oh so this is serious? there is chance in nats to hide joins for affiliates? and only to pay for rebills? that is some serious business i must say. so how many programs are doing it? is that a default option in new nats installs? really interesting i must say, but glad to know ... now, how are nats trusted by affiliates when every program owner can steal our sales? incredible ... but good to know ...

That's the terms of their program. Right on the front page of their site.

so they pay 35pps for signup, or 50 revs but only on rebills? and if i am on revs, i dont see joins? what? is this normal? my brain still dont take it ...

You might want to verify the $35 PPS, it doesnt seem to be one of the active programs, maybe its only by special request. Since they don't seem to know what "revshare"means to most of us, they may not understand what PPS means either and only pay $35 on a rebill.

Yes that program is on special request. it not our default program. Due high fraud from some seller, we have to do some about a talking with the reseller before we offer them our any of our PPS programs
