Dear Dogfart Affiliates Paxum is Delayed!

Paxum took my wire over 13 days ago and still has not posted it to my Paxum account. So if you still have not been paid since for the pay period Sept 1st, this is why. I cant send you the money if it's not there. I have been on them hard since September 4th and am getting no answers other than "I'll look into it". If they are floating this kind of cash for 13 days from me alone, I'm guessing it's millions from all the companies combined. I just want to guarantee you that you will get paid any money we owe you. If Paxum goes under like Epass, I will write you guys a check for the money owed. I give you my word.

Thanks.

JFK 09-12-2012 11:04 AM

best of luck in resolving the situation :thumbsup

OneBallJohn 09-12-2012 11:06 AM

Wait just one fucking minute!

Aren't you supposed to hold off on announcements like this until after people start to publicly bitch and complain?

This "pro-active" approach is for the birds. WTF is wrong with you?

Ramster 09-12-2012 11:25 AM

They're idiots! Same issues with me, I'm about to just give up!!

brassmonkey 09-12-2012 11:29 AM

wow just wow :disgust

alias 09-12-2012 11:30 AM

Another Paxum success story.

Ad-Min 09-12-2012 11:31 AM

Not again :helpme

Bryan G 09-12-2012 11:33 AM

I;ve been hearing a lot of this to be honest.

stever 09-12-2012 11:37 AM

they did it twice to us
and we had to pay late
seems recently it takes them for ever to track the wires

rowan 09-12-2012 11:44 AM

I remember the exact same problems with epass. Money must still be in motion.

Have you double checked with your own bank that it has been accepted? Might be worth asking if they can trace it.

London Banker 09-12-2012 11:47 AM

I bet they'll win "payment company of the year" award, though.

Fat Panda 09-12-2012 11:48 AM

wow...paxum is quickly becoming a laughing stock

Harmon 09-12-2012 11:49 AM

Break out your checkbook and start writing them. It's the honorable thing to do at this point, otherwise you will look like a scammer.

epitome 09-12-2012 11:52 AM

It becomes tricky because programs used to just keep Epass loaded with enough funds at all times.

After Epass imploded many only keep in Paxum what they need and load funds for each pay period. The problem is Paxum is unreliable at best in posting those funds to accounts for disbursements.

Affiliates getting paid by Paxum think their payment is running late even though the program did everything possible to get it there to get them paid out on time.

You certainly cannot fault programs for not wanting to keep extra funds in Paxum.

Dirty F 09-12-2012 11:52 AM

your money is in motion!

keysync 09-12-2012 11:54 AM

Oh fuck...

Fat Panda 09-12-2012 11:59 AM

I wonder how much money Paxum is making daily by holding your wire hostage

We have picked up a new bank and there has been delays with getting wires credited and we are working with the bank to get the wires credited quicker.

We got a lot of complaints from WMs that payouts were delayed. We had a change in personnel in our accounting department and with the long weekend I thought it was us. I saw this thread and looked and yep, our money is sitting in our account and not paid to the WMs.

So for any TB WMs on Paxum, this is why the money is delayed.

No worries Chris, our CFO just emailed and called you guys. :)

Okay I'm wrong on this and should have phrased it differently from the beginning.

Ours was a completely different issue where there was an error somewhere where Paxum showed no mass payment from us and we had to resend. All fixed, payments went out.

Sorry Paxum guys.

I love these kinds of posts. Just because you're clueless doesn't mean anyone went away or stopped updating.:thumbsup

BlacksOnBlondes 09-12-2012 03:14 PM

I talked to Chris over at Paxum and he was very helpful. I canceled the old wire and started a new one. He says it should show up by mid next week.

We spend over $50,000 a month shooting new content. 22 sites and some are updated once a week or more. We are shooting more than we ever have!

What bank? No longer that canadian bank?

When epass picked a "new bank" it was their own that was used for funding movies.

Glad to hear a success story:thumbsup:thumbsup

Chris 09-12-2012 03:45 PM

Just to clear this up there was no delay in our system with the original posters wire. It was an issue on their banks end and they are clearing it up with them.

As for the new bank - everything we do is in the best interest of our clients and getting their money to them quicker. With anything new you will have growing pains and delays can happen. We have had clients experience some delays with the new bank but things are running smoothly now.

If anyone has any issues or feel that their wires are not getting to them on time please do not hesitate to hit us up

my direct email is [email protected] ruth's email is [email protected] ( she is doing the shows right now ) or call me directly at 1-866-347-4781 ext 707

BlacksOnBlondes 09-12-2012 03:49 PM

To Paxum's credit, my bank says the money never left my bank. So it was not being floated anywhere. Thanks Chris for helping me out today!
