If he had 1/8 of the brains that it took to build that empire then he also has a boat load of money stashed and could easily use it to take off. That Boat that was in the back ground of some of those photos could easily be used to cross the world.

i understand, however, if youve followed this you easily know theyve already done some major damage to their investigation and his defense can easily use much of what theyve done to his advantage.

this is not about my opinion of whether he is guilty or should be hung, this is about how justice system works and how when they mess up investigations, he will walk.

He's high profile and would be a fugitive if he skips town. Not easy to pass though immigration when entering and exiting countries. Not that it's impossible, but life would be incredibly difficult for him and he would be very restricted to where he could go and live. Chances are if he made it to one country who would protect him, he would have to spend the rest of his life there.

He's a pirate internet guy, not a leader of a failed nation or some oil tycoon. He may be rich (if they didn't seize it all) but he's not rich to the point he's above the law and has friends in high ranking government jobs who can makes calls for him and make his troubles go away.

He can skip and be a fugitive forever and live a shitty life. Or he can face the music and maybe walk free. Either way, if he wasn't smart enough to hide some funds, he's ass out.
