If we lived by the rules several people would be banned for continue harassment of a member. Then again, he would be banned for harassing the hell out of you people (ie: trolling you) so much that you can't forget about him..... it works both ways.

The last post with his info should be removed....If I recall, he is Euro, which has bad ass privacy laws, sharing that info from social sites with privacy settings set, is criminal for the person and corps are subject to fines, and I think the ceo even jail time. Rule #4 says public whois info, and nothing about social sites.

At that, I believe legally because gfy has members from that region, they have to follow those laws or could be subject to fines, and courts here do honor them as you're doing business in that region based on our laws.

Frankly, I do not care one way or the other. DJ will cross the line as he always does, and has done repeatedly in the past, in the end he will earn his ban again. It is never a matter of if, but when. Some people just take their personal, stranger on a message board, vendettas too far.

Anyone who is sane, and would read all of these threads, as theDoc has pointed out, would think most of those repeatedly replying and posting are not playing with a full deck. The lengths some of these people will go digging up shit on complete strangers, and spending endless hours doing it, just because you do not like from a message board is creepy at best.

In the end, nothing will change.

Most people already have their opinions of DJ, Frisky, or whomever. Whatever people post about them is not going to sway them from thinking they are a champ, to a lowlife. Some people will get banned (again) and others will waste away the better part of this week trolling someone they do not like. Posting pictures of each other. Low blowing each others in the balls for amusement of others.

Google's bot has been given permission to index the page - indexing is not sharing. At that, Google has been fined for violation of privacy laws before, an "address" that is in public phone books is enough for a fine, even taking a picture of someones house without permission..... Google was fined for those "exact" reasons.

I have not followed all of Frisky's posts as I really just skim GFY a few times a day anymore. Most of it is the same usual suspects going back and forth on a daily basis low balling each other in the nuts, bashing Jews, or whatever. So... I can't speak to your claim.

That being said even if spot on, I think most sane people would agree that.... posting pictures of people's families, personal details from things other than WHOIS, or going to the lengths that some of these threads/posts have in regards to Frisky (or anyone) is 'crossing the line' of what should be allowed, or acceptable.

I am not defending Frisky or his past. He has done plenty of things that have put him in the crosshairs regardless of his initial motivations for doing it. However, I am saying that the lengths that some of this shit is escalating too... beyond GFY board banter and into people's personal lives... is frankly crossing the line by anyone's standards.
