For the record I have never recorded a show but why is that "not cool at all"? A webmasters job is to promote the content of the site they are pushing, this is allowed / encouraged by most sensible cam programs.

Recording performer's private chats on Streamate without their consent violates SM's TOS and is just a sleazy thing to do in general.

Their TOS for webmasters / affiiates or their TOS for standard users? Most cam site auto snap photos and stuff for webmasters to use in promotions, no reason videos shouldn't fall under the same permissions.

I don't know what you can do with Money Tree but you can damn sure do it with other cam sites. I've asked, I've never been told no. I only use images and Money Tree definitely lets you rip those from profiles to promote their site, how the fuck else would you effectively promote it? I know affiliates these days don't do much work but I always have. Anyhow, I don't see why videos wouldn't fall under the same permissions as long as it was done to promote the site. He's obviously promoting their white label so wouldn't bother me at all.

By the way, Clickcash for sure allowed it with video clips. You could sign up and download 50,000 to use as long as you were promoting them and using compliant chathosts media.

It might bother you if it was your private show being recorded with you knowing.
