I've made some money but I used it all to pay sewer, electric, gas, hosting and internet
connection.

A couple of jobs I just had didn't pay all the money.
The design in my sig is one of them. The guy bailed half way through.

not to hijack your thread but i lost 30lbs in the last 90days, I woke up every morning and had a protein shake and than went running 8kms and than i went to eat breakfast of chicken and rice (which btw I am sick of) than at 3pm I would skip to warm up for my muay thai training.. 4-5rounds of 5mins each with push ups in between, situps at the end and probably 30-40mins kicking or punching the bag.. than we would go eat again.. same shit.. small portion of chicken and rice.. in between meals id have real fruit drinks with no sugar or vegetable drinks and pineapples, mangos and apples.. at about 8pm every 2nd day I would hit the gym for an hour get some bbq chicken and before bed Id have another protein shake or a can of tuna... I did this for 3months.

I've lost 12 pounds in 45 days. Didn't change my eating habits, simply went to the gym 5 times a week (most weeks) and built up my workouts. I burn 800-900 calories per session now. This week I'm focusing on changing what I eat and drink to get to the next level. I'm 217 pounds right now, I want to get down to 190.

dont eat too much meat eat what you want monday through thurs.(try to stay away from fried stuff) Friday eat fruits and veggies only and some rice slim on the butter(drink plenty of water don't over do it) Sat. workout out at least 3 hours in the day 30 min burst till you reach 3 hours is ok rinse and repeat the workout sunday. Monday start over :2 cents:

i suggest making big batches of healthy soup if you need some recipes hit me up dogg

Damn, I know what it's like. Had a few times in my life where I was down to nothing and lived on Stove Top Stuffing and instant potatoes for two weeks, then another time when it came down to eating or just finishing my kid's leftovers so I could extend the groceries I did have.

I did same diet in spring and lost 23 kilos,with a lot of trainings,good program!
