    Paul Markham, why do you continually talk out of your ass?

    Unqualified traffic. What is that exactly?

    Is it people looking for cooking recipes landing on a web cam site?
    Is it people looking for a teen paysite landing on a web cam site?
    Is it people looking for a cam site clicking on a link that says cam site?

    We taught the surfer to be unqualified by giving it to him for free. If a guy is browning on a free porn site, putting into Google "Live Web Cams" he isn't "Unqualified. He's someone interested in porn. Someone we have 499 in 500 chances of not selling him anything as he jerks off to the free porn.

    IMO most cams are fucking boring as hell. girls stuck in a tiny cubicle smaller than my toilet, with little motivation and not that attractive. Few good looking girls have stuck to it, as there's better money elsewhere, well there was, and most I suspect from Eastern Europe. Because it pays so badly a US girl would laugh at the money.

    Again it's all about paying out lots of money to affiliates, to dump people on a site that's like sieve. That's why they don't convert.

    Out of the $20 the guys spends, how much goes to the performer putting herself on display and how much to the affiliate?
    And dozens more in a single thread.

                                                              Paul became just a surfer years ago when people stopped buying his shitty content for anything other than filler so a site could say they have 100k images and 5k videos and not get a CB.

                                                              He doesn't understand this business today. Just like people who made cars in the 60s were shut out by younger and smarter engineers of today.

I blame the stupidity of sponsors who think some guy punching a keyboard is worth more than the people who produce the product. This attitude has led to 1,000s of crap sites, that don't convert well and retain even worse. Because good pornographers are rare and well paid. don't spew excuses. Online porn pays shooters badly, there are far better paying markets than here for good shooters. Even a shooter like me can earn more offline.

                                                                                      Studios were successful early in the game because in that part of the world, incomes were low (200-300/mo etc), internet/computers/cameras were expensive and few had internet access in their homes or could afford it... assuming they had a phone line to begin with.

                                                                                      Now everything is cheaper, incomes are higher, models all can buy computers, cameras, pay for fast connections and work from home... hence the decline of studios. Studios simply aren't necessary to models when they can just as easily work from home.

                                                                                      My first t1 in Russia in 1998 was $18,000 a month and relied heavily on satellite and radio relays. There was no option for home connections at the time that was fast enough to support existing java video/java chat solutions like Firecracker (which livejasmin started as)... there was only dial up which was not only too slow but unreliable even at 56kbs.

                                                                                      These kinds of retarded wrong assumptions and baseless statements are why people keep telling you that you're an idiot.

He talked endlessly about WWII ... telling the same stories over and over. It was repetitive but I listened every time like I was hearing the story for the first time. With him in his 80s, his memories of the 40s were vivid but he didn't have much of a clue about what was currently going on.
