@ the thread, yes, I have the models, I have the forecast, I have the studio up & running, I am making turnover. The company needs an injection of 30KGBP only to pay towards wages. The investor would have income immediatly, this can all be discussed.
Paul from AIR is very keen to see this studio take off after visiting & having a business meeting. We both agree that with this investment, the investor can be looking at a 6figure number return within the first year :2 cents:

There are many models available for full time work in a cam studio. This is not the problem, nor is the location or the set up, the studio is running a ok... I need investment towards the cam business to pay the daily wage for the next 6months before the capital is fully returned but with profits of a nice income throughout the duration, after this the investment would solely be profit, with a nice return :thumbsup

A real business investor would know that you are obviously lying. You don't get investment to pay for wages. You put the girl on screen, she works, you get paid, you pay the girl.

That's not true. I work on a large UK cam site and their girls get paid monthly, in arrears by BACS.

Even if it was true, which it isn't and I challenge you to post proof of just one studio that operates like that, you're still clearly lying.

To answer your question about the 6months that I had mentioned... You cannot pay 30k capital back, it would be reinvested before the profits can pay for the wages with profits to both the investor & my studio.

I.E...
month1 £30k 1mnths wages...
end of month1 capital back plus profits....

Month2 some of capital returned to investor plus profits, some of capital reinvested with some profits paying towards the 30k wages...

so on so on so on... month 6 all investment returned as profits paying for wages & profits to investor & studio.

That's ridiculous. Paying out your models each day creates a a lot of extra work, accounting errors, makes you wide-open for fraud, unrecoverable losses in the event of chargebacks, and creates financial stress on your company while you wait to be paid by the billing processor. Doing it your way would ensure that your cash-flow and bank account is always in the red. Even worse, getting an investor to pay for this way of doing things means sharing your revenue with your investor. That a really expensive solution to the payroll problem that you do not need.

What you should do instead is delay your payouts by 1-2 weeks (or even 1 month but this is hard to do). This solves all of the problems above, and you get to keep a lot more in your pocket because you no longer need an investor.

Sell your pool for $2.50 and then sell Natalie 34,857 more times to guys off the internet and you will have what you need.

you have no business running a cam studio if you really believe that... sites pay their studios usually 15 days after the close of the period... the girls then get their cut from the studio owners... it only sucks for the first payment which takes about a month from the first time they work... after that they are always getting paid every two weeks.

also if you already have a whole studio up and running you should have plenty of cash on hand by now, unless you have horrible girls, horrible training, or both

Forgive me if I have not understood what you have said, but I think I have already thanked Damian for informing me of this....

I am now not needing to search for 30K towards the first months models fees as I have understood that the model gets paid PAYE... this is better for me, a more appropriate way of doing business.

i have run other businesses before, all successful, but this was new to me with models in a cam studio as the models from porn want payment after the shoot.

Thanks for your information, I knew all the information from the sites to the studio, but as said, I was thinking that the studios pay the models after their shifts. I'm pleased for this thread as it has given me this extra knowledge towards perfecting my studio :thumbsup

I've been shooting porn for 5 maybe 6 years, I've been using livecam sites for 3 maybe 4 years with Natalie & now with our own studio, I thought the models expected to be paid the same.
I hear most of the UK livecam studios pay only low fees which helped, but I thought it would still be a month before I was paid while still paying every day for the model.

This one bit of information has helped tremendous! Now I can begin to speak with the models & bring them in. Begin to earn how this beautiful, roomy, clean & hygenic studio should be earning.

I haven't forgot about you btw.... I'm needing to sort out lots of bits & pieces, no point in running before I'm standing properly & walking :thumbsup

God forbid that I am argumentative, but we have never paid day-worker rates, nor do any studios we know.

Every one we know pays twice a month or every two weeks..
