Most people say "beauty is found within" & comments similar, usually by people that are either overweight or ugly.... The thing is, I think most of these sayings are pretty true.
I dont like meeting good looking girls, always going on about how they need to change this or need to change that, when they dont want to get into people in general & feel a reason to pick at everything.

I don't quite understand it when people say something like *losing weight won't really change anything, won't make my life happier... bla bla* I personally feel a lot happier when I like what I see in the mirror... And when I happen to gain a bit of extra weight or just have a *bad day* and don't look as good as I could have, I feel depressed and literally can't enjoy my life.. So I try to stay fit and pretty and it does surprise me to hear people say *well yeah I weigh a couple tons but I'm beautiful inside and I'm fine with it..* These people lie... If you were born ugly or have health issues, that's a completely different story, but when you're just too lazy to look good... That sucks

I've gained a lot of weight in the past year. I'm working desperately to take it off. I'm running every day, biking every day, hitting the gym every day, and eating a lot less. Finally it's starting to pay off.

After working very hard to lose 108 pounds... I feel pretty good about myself now! I took a bit of time off from the gym, but I am going back soon to start toning again. Overall though I'm pleased :)

I've been good looking and have been blessed with a great body (almost* effortlessly my entire life) SO it's really really freaky to be 5 months pregnant! I feel like an alien has overtaken my body and is doing some strange and uncomfortable stuff to it. This 9 month "sacrifice" puts everything into perspective.
Only BIG improvement is my boobs have gone from a 32DD to a 32E!
