A learners permit in Nevada is the same as what we used to call a "restricted license" when I was a teenager. It is a drivers license and has your picture on it. It's not a print out.

Nose, eye colour, M shaped lips, chin... they're all pretty similar. The lighting on the missing kid photo is more even which can change the look of the facial structure. If her part was a bit higher you'd be able to match up the freckle/mole.

One of the first classes at internext I went to was a law class.
The short story is a girls BF worked at the DMV, and got her a real fake ID.
The Producer was found guilty of shooting underage porn, and sent to jail for 5 years.
The producer said I honestly did not know she was underage, the lawyer said I know that is why you didn't get 25.

Now, I DO not remember the exact years or details, but you see what I am trying to say.
