4) Cocaine and booze

real estate, if you can rent that shit out on a short term basis you can make a killing and you will always have a sweet ass pad to go to once a year for vacation. My buddy does a short term rental rate for one of his properties in teh right location, the realtor does ALL the work and he makes like 4k a month pure profit AFTER his mortgage.

That depends! You could have a killer idea or great connections that could make you a ton of money in any of those industries.

I'd have to go mainstream though, wouldn't know to start in the real estate game with $200k.

Have you checked out Spain? Marbella has some GREAT deals. Condos running for 5-600K euros going for 250K euros.

Mix between mainstream and adult. I have many innovative ideas for mainstream and it would be worth a shoot to try to jump start them. But adult is still the safest as far as guaranteed returns for me because I have a lot of experience within the industry.

I think I would use it for a down payment on a really good webcams domain. :thumbsup

With a 19% vacancy rate there are some good deals in Florida, but I don't see values going up down here for some time so as an investment it's not a good idea.

japanese stocks, you missed a boat a bit, but still plenty of time to get easy 20% return next 12 months...

I would add 3 more Boy 35t injection molding machines to the plant. Keep,$25k in operating capital and mold more parts.

I'd go real estate. Go get a couple places in a college town. Put enough down that you are nicely cash flow positive. Slum lord it to college kids and bank. Once they go up in value pull some out and get another. Rinse repeat.

In most parts of the US right now. Its so damn cheap, its almost sad.

But I wouldn't invest in neither USA or Europe right now. I would buy a lot or lots in some not so developed(yet) Carribean country. Oceanfront lots only. They can easily double, triple or quadruple within a few years if bought right.
