He said there's been a ton of aftershocks, all the trains stopped running. He said walking home from the shop he felt like he was in "the Warriors" :1orglaugh Glad he is in good spirits. Hope everyone else's friends and loved ones are also ok as well.

:1orglaugh You know, I don't know about that one. It's pretty surprising how different things are released. Movies are edited, video games are edited, etc. Some things they get before us, some things they get waaay after us, like they are just getting Scott Pilgrim vs the World now.

I'll ask about Tron though, I'm curious to know as well.

My girlfriends cousin is there on vacation right now. She said it is a complete disaster, airports are flooded, she has no idea how she is going to get out of there. Her hotel has just got electricity back but the elevators still aren't working and she is on a floor in the 20's. I am sure at some point the US is going to send some kind of help to get Citizens back to the US.

He told me Tron Legacy hits on June 3rd in Japan.

It's his store. It's dvds, comics, memorabilia, etc. He sells shirts I print, that's how we know eachother.

They are saying the death toll is over 100. Seems like people in low lying areas got fucked by the tsunami.

He's local to tokyo, all his friends and family are safe.

I don't think he has ceiling tiles there. His home was pretty much unscathed. He's in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo and still has power and everything. He said that Tokyo Disneyland is pretty much underwater.

It's pretty fucking wild. I guess a 6.0 hit like a few hrs ago?


I remember at one of the Cybernet Expos in San Diego there was a tsunami warning. I got so scared we took a cab inland and ate in a thai restaraunt away from the water. Nothing happened, and the hotel was in a lovely location, but god, if a wave did hit that hotel would have been a bad place to be.
