it actually happens pretty often after a brutal KO. That fight wasn't fake. At all.

The only thing that surprises me about it is that guy Tank is supposed to have some MMA experience, but that Cheston guy did a weak double leg and took him right down, then he made it rain. The big guy shouldn't have got taken down so easy.

The big guy was sort of drunk and you can tell he didn't really want to hurt the kid, or he didn't want to go all out, thats why he got his ass kicked. Thats why if you aren't gona go all out don't fuckin start a fight. When you drop someone you have to jump on em and finish it off, if you go half assed like this guy did you'll get beat.

I just watched it again, he threw a left hook - SUCKER PUNCH - with everything he had behind it, then tried to throw the kid into a headlock and hit him some more. No MMA guy goes for a headlock. I actually did a google search on that Tank guy and apparently he's full of shit about his MMA experience. That Tank guy did all the damage he could do, he just got jacked up, and he deserved it.

No martial Artist would throw a round punch, so there is def no way he has ever trained. And people saying they have MMA training is being thrown around wayyy too much lately, just like any martial art you have your Tiger Schulmans Black Belt mills and then you have true martial artists who can end a fight in 1 punch.

i think the video was shot with a professional camera n' proper lighting + truTV aside shooting and showing mainly fake shows like that, has great experience on making them appear realistic.

I just read on sherdog that the smaller guy had "MMA" training, not the bigger guy. The reason the fight started was because the smaller guy demonstrated a chokehold on the bigger guy earlier on, and the bigger guy didn't like it.

I've never watched the show so I don't know for sure.

Sounds like it could all be fake as well. This is from the same people that brought you operation repo, a 100% scripted show re-enacting repos and trying to pass them off as real.

Looked good, looked real.

But it was capture with with 2 separate cameras by people that know how to capture footage professionally and with the cameras manual settings.

And looking at the grain or lack there of for those lighting conditions leads me to also believe that the cameras had 3 3rd inch chips or bigger(professional cameras).


At 1st glance my BJJ training would lead me to believe that it is real, but my experience with video cameras and proper shot framing on all close ups with dialogue, tells me that it is a staged fight. One done very well.

The dead give away was the cut away shot to the 2nd camera B behind the bar after the fight hits the ground then cuts back to camera A which had the closer shot.


If it were shot by someone that was "not" a professional camera man, they would not have strayed from the fight action at all, it would be shaking a lot and amateur guys love to zoom.

This footage has none of that.

I wont even go into what cameras can and cannot catch this footage under these lighting conditions.


At the end of the day, i loved the clip. Was very entertaining, but with my knowledge of cameras and lighting, I could not say that it was random and not staged.

Dave, the cameras were already in the bar, it's part of a regular series on tru-tv. It's the same as if you were doing a shoot and your stunt cock got into a fight with your still shooter right there on the set.

Also, you saw the guy's head bouncing around with each shot, and you could see the guy's head reacting to the punch. Not everybody knows about people snoring when they get KO'd, you never see that shit on TV. If it was staged, they have better choreographer's than Bruce Lee ever did.

yeah that guy Tank was a real asshole, shadowboxing everywhere he goes, always intimidating everyone. The kind of guy I always fantasize about him fucking up and trying to intimidate someone like Davexxx in some bar somewhere lol... nothing better than seeing some asshole bully get his just desserts.

Everything looked dead on real. I really cant say that the actual fight was fake on what i saw. My biggest issue would be all of the great camera shots, perfect camera positioning, perfect framing on close shots, the use of two cameras with cut away shots and the use of professional cameras.


But if you are saying the cameras happened to be there for another issue and the fight just happened, then i would definitely say it was a real fight. Nothing in that fight looked fake or staged.


I stand "kind of" corrected with the new facts that have been brought to my attention.
