If I were in the health insurance sector there I would be jumping for joy .. best thing that has happened in ages. Considering picking up a LOT of US Insurance stocks!

I am an Australian and my broker is basically screaming at me to get in asap ... its a money train! Health insurance stocks hit an all time high recently and there is a reason .. if you have money then get in asap

Big insurance is celebrating big this holiday season, but you needed to buy your stocks and options prior to last Thursday to make the big money...

Too bad we the people didn't know that any option was on the table except no bill when Lieberman and Nelson went calling... Any member of Congress who purchased insurance company stock or options in the last two months should be charged with insider trading...

They have been saying that they wanted to socialize medicine for the last 16 years, there is too much money in it for Washington NOT to want more of that pie. What is laughable was how everyone thought it was going to be FREE or at least not cost us anymore, has anyone looked at the tax rates in England and Canada recently, wait until that money gets taken out of the economy and see hows things slow down.

My guess is the solution after that will be to tell all of the business owners that their employees need higher wages and that they have to raise the minimum wage.

IMHO no one should be allowed up on the hill until they have run a business and made it profitable so that they could demonstrate that they have some idea of where money comes from vs just deciding that they need more money, so just raise taxes, be ready the bills are coming and you know who has to pay for it.
