Is it good luck to have Two Ducks just fly into your Pool...(Pics)

I'm surprised my Golden didn't jump in the pool and attack them. :Oh crap
Not sure if it's good luck or not, they come by 2 days in a row and now they are gone.

Thanks, But our Golden retriever is 10 months old. Every cover of every book about Retrievers have a Duck in their mouths. What happened to mine.

Maybe the water is too cold, but damn, even the the little rat goes in the water.
Maybe I got a lemon.

Dave when I lived in San Antonio the same thing happened to me. Cute at first then there were six to ten then shit everywhere. We had to string thin rope from trees and poles across the pool. Keep us posted ..... hahaha

Nice pics.
We have many ducks like those in our city-park. They are taken care and fed by the people who take care of the park and by people who throw them some bread.
They even go out of the water and wonder among people. No hunters there. :winkwink: Only danger for them is when children chase them. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

BlueDesignStudios 04-15-2008 05:08 AM

I'm also surprised that your Golden didn't attack them!!!

Nikki_Licks 04-15-2008 07:06 AM

Nice pics...and that pool is killer.

And to answer your question, NO!
It is not good luck to have ducks land in your pool, as a matter of fact you better hope this does not go wrong. We had a friend that had couple of ducks land into their pool and it wasn't long before others joined in. It became quite a mess with them shitting in the pool and it was more of a pain to get them to stay away. What ever you do don't feed the ducks!

Good luck :winkwink:

DaddyHalbucks 04-15-2008 08:30 AM

I have two in mine as well - no joke. All they do is shit and dirty up the bottom. Turn the dogs on them

Mike Honcho 04-15-2008 08:42 AM
