ok.. i own a townhouse in jersey.. so the first of the month rolls around and i start hearing activity in the unit next to mine.. a few days goes by and i see them outside.. a black family, roughly 4 offspring.. now every fucking night i hear them running, yelling, stomping, listening to souljaboy, im fuckin heated.

what options do i have? i notified the association, i doubt thatll do much.. is it time to move??

Have a fucking BBQ and invite them over. Play some cards, eat some food, welcome them as neighbors and then in a casual manner ask if they can keep the kids noise down. You know be civil.

It worked great for me when a Mexican family moved in across the street with like 4 kids that made all sorts of fucking noise. I became friendly with the parents and they just about gave me permission to beat their kids myself if they got out of hand or just give them a call. Latter they moved which really sucked as around each Christmas they would hook me up with these killer tamales.

You should try treating them like they are White or your skin color.. Just because they are Black doesn't mean you can't talk to them.

This is why i live in a high priced neighborhood which is a huge economic barrier for ghetto folks to move into. The only minorities that move in are so whitewashed that they won't cause any crap.

I would try being nice first... sometimes that goes a long ways. If that fails well do what you gotta do.

Try extending your hand, getting to know them, and then speaking to them how you would anybody else. Chances are the noise level will be back under control, and you may get some new friends out of it.

Thats nothing. A family moved into the house next to mine. An elderly couple and their son, some 30 something year old bum who does nothing all day and asks you to lend him everything from the waterhose to money. He's rude, offensive, and just pain in the ass. He got my other neighbor for 100 bucks and still hasnt paid back.

Just be glad there's not a meth lab next to your house. Things always could be worse.
