A while ago I posted [as Twisted_Girl] a thread showing off some of the photos that I had taken...

Since then, Dave has been telling me that I should show off some more.

They're nothing professional.. Just something I like to do when I'm not working on the cartoooons!

Some are old... Some are new... Lots of our cats. Lol.

If you're looking for critiques, they'd be as follows:
Go outside and diversify your subjects. While fantastic photos can be taken of everyday objects, everyone has guitar / flower / cat / cute girl photos. It's a rite of passage I guess.

Hone into an element you like, and develop on that. Push the extra.
Change back to film, and shoot 1 roll of film a day per subject, or give yourself small missions to actually work your photo eye.

And ... roll of film per day?! She DOES have a job too you know ;) I don't agree with that one I must say ... I do agree with diversifying her subjects. But she already knows that ... before posting her words were "People will complain I've done too many cats..."

A roll is only 24 or 36 frames, most people can peel that off in a heartbeat on a digital. The motivation behind is to make you think heavily on the shot before you take it, and to develop the 'frame' in your head before you shoot.

That way, you can effectively walk around composing the photos in your head, and then just plonk down the camera, flick the settings and open the shutter

As a note, ignore my pomp, this is just what worked for me :D
