Fucking thieves! For real...
I didn't get cheated out of clicks. Nobody stole my exclusive content. And I haven't been shaved by my sponsors.
Somebody stole my fucking personal ATM card, used at 2 different locations for a total of 3 times and withdrew $766. How? I have no fucking idea. I just got back from spending 2 hours at my bank filing reports and account cancellations. Here's the kicker... I still have possession of my ATM card. Somebody stole my card, used it, AND then gave it back to me! Had to be an "internal" job. Either one of my roomies or some "friend". What's really wild is I don't even know my PIN number! How in the fuck did someone else get it and clear my fucking account? Fortunately, this fuckwad was stupid enough to use an ATM with a camera, so he WILL be caught and dealt with. What will happen to this schmuck? I really have no idea! But I really want to fuck him up, ruin his life, credit, anything! Yeh, all this sounds really petty over $766 but my trust has been violated. Fuck the money. Some cock, whom I considered a friend, stabbed me in the back. I want them to pay. And I'm not talking about physically, people always recover. I'm talking financially. My trust in people is really starting to dwindle. Fucking Californians. Sure, it could have happened anywhere, but I'm just plain pissed. Moral of the Day: always be friendly with your banker and try to get to know them. They'll be there for you when in need. Fucking thieves. :ak47: |
Can i elbow drop him?? seriously...may I?
|
Is the bank gonna show you the video from the ATM?
|
Sorry to hear that.
It's time for you to start kicking asses and taking names:ak47: |
that sucks dude. a couple of months ago over 30K was stolen across my accounts. they had duplicated my card, and had fake id as well.
got all my money back, but it was a real hassle. |

But I think the biggest money problem is "having none" Most banks are pretty good with reimbursing fraud. |

I'm assuming I'll see the video. The fraud Department of my bank should be calling back within 5 days with more information, I gave them a description of the number one possible suspect. I'm REALLY hoping it isn't him, and just some fluke.
And no, I won't be seeing this money again unless I take the fucker to court, which I fully intend on doing. I have a special agreement with my bank that basically states that they aren't responsible for mishaps such as this. Like I said, I don't really care about the money, it's the trust factor. I'm pretty fucking upset, I don't remember the last time I was pissed, let alone THIS pissed off. Today I had to turn to strangers and put faith in them to help me out because I couldn't trust friends. Isn't that sad? |

I feel your pain. Some Turk got ahold of my card and charged 1400.00 to it 3 days ago. Motherfuckers.
|
...and you're still getting shaved. ;)

YOu want to watch them in action?
http://www.counterfeitlibrary.com/cl/forums/ This is the board for people who specialize in identity theft. You can buy credit card dumps all day long. How this board gets away with it, I will never know. The kids on there sell full identity packages of peoples lives they have hijacked. It is interesting to watch. Read the "identification" board. More drama than GFY. Cept there it involves Feds. |
We got hit also hard last month for 9,582.00 It was a guy in the UK he somehow got access to my creditcard dont know how it was a brandnew Creditcard I just got that week. Luckly my bank caught it in time they got the feds involved and we got the fucker and all the money back. So I hope like hell you get the fucker and make him fry.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm still looking for some recommendations (from your experience) on what I can do to this guy, or what will happen. And what exactly does this qualify under? It wouldn't be credit card fraud, or would it? |
Sorry to hear about it, man. All I ask is that you tell us when you see the ATM video! I want to know who it was that fucked you so he can go fuck himself.

i was in Malaysia in January and went to use a stand-alone ATM machine with my Visa card and it spat the card back and said not functioning. Three months later someone in Malaysia was purchasing shit with my Visa and the card was being "swiped through" as opposed to key-punched which would alert Visa faster that there is potential fraud. The bastards set up a dummy ATM to get people's codes so as to replicate cards.
|
Are you sure somebody actually took the card? I've read somewhere crooks replace the "face" of a remote ATM with one that will copy the info on the magnetic strip and log the P.I.N. number you punched in and create a copy. Did you recently go to an ATM and it gave you an "error" message when you tried to get money?
It's starting to become a problem here in N. Florida Good luck finding the bastards Damn someone beat me to it:thumbsup |

So, if you ever go dumpster diving and you find someones info, all you have to do is give one of those little fuckers 100 bucks via paypal and send them a (or order the supplies and make it yourself) digital pic, a week later you can have an id and fake birth certificate and ss card that would allow you to walk into their bank and have a good ol time. Not too mention get lines of credit. Identity theft, its just a little too easy. On that board they swap and sell ebay seller accounts (with feedback) so you can do fraudulent auction, as well as on other peoples ebay accounts. I have learned alot from those kids. |
I even order from them.
http://www.rustedpuffin.com/mi.jpg State of Michigan. Pic does it no justice. Holopouches with full magnetic stripe encoding. People would have killed for these in college. Print out your template, run it through laminator. A work of art. Even passes the bend test. Of course these are for novelty purposes only. |

Has someone ever pissed you off? Ruined credit is worse than death. Try and convince the police you didnt really rent that car. That you didnt really rent that apartment, that you really didnt pull out that mortgage. That you didnt buy 10k dollars worth the stereo equipment last year on credit. All you need is an id and a ss#. And you dont want to know how easy it is to get someone elses ss#. Dead or alive. But I would never do that to someone. They are just for novelty... which is entirely legal. |
[Labret] do you have ICQ? You mentioned something a couple months ago (totally irrelevant to this thread) that I have a few questions about. My number is 147479144.

Tell me about it. I had a friend rip me off the other week. Wasn't a small amount of money, but it hurts nonetheless. Supposedly very good friend of 7 years mind you. Worst thing is, he kept lying to try and get out of shit. Fuck him. (thank you to a certain person for getting that straight for me :winkwink: )
Don't need that kind of shit man. Fuck him over when you find out who he is. |

and? i've gotten all my money back. i don't take any shit from the banks. it's sly rj that said he can't get his money back. as far as covering your ass, i have all my accounts set to frozen, with a window that pops up saying the branch manager (who i've gotten to know quite well as a result of this), must come over and verify ever single withdrawl from any of my accounts. also, no transactions are allowed, period, if they do not originate from my main branch. next to impossible for anyone to fuck with my shit now :) |
A friend?

you guys show incredible restraint and perspective in dealing with friends that ripped you off. I would have a lot of trouble dealing with it on an emotional level - like when you can't even trust friends...

The way I had things set up before, my business account could only be accessed (for withdrawls) in person at my branch - as far as I know, most business accounts work this way. My personal accounts we're set up like normal accounts, accessible from any branch. I have all new accounts now, and they have all been 'frozen'. I have to go in person, and the branch manager has to come over and 'say hi' to me, then sign an authorization before any withdrawls can be put through. The downside of this is no internet banking anymore, and no interact/bank machines - except for one account that i keep less than 10K in, which is not frozen, and so can be used online and with interac/bank machines. |
