actually, I believe it was from an unfortunate drug incident..I did something similar in my wild days...I was between a couple lines of krell and pulled the straw out of my nose and had one of those violent ass fucking sneezes and stabbed myself in the cheek with the straw (instead of being fancy and sorting with a hundred dollar bill, we were using a chewed Dairy Queen straw....stupid kids....)
