Should Sponsors That Support Torrent Sites Be Boycotted?
 

Should sponsors like AFF, DatingGold, Wegcash be boycotted for suporting Torrent sites?

nothing will happen. Money talks and there is a lot of it going around. You can either make money with those programs or try other programs. But in the end for most people, money talks in business.

But if enough people get behind it, mainly the big programs, something can be done, if Sponsors start sending google and other search engines DMCA's they can atleast start cleaning the torrent links out of the search engines, it's a start and it works

Did you people also know that torrent sites also list 1000's of child porn torrents? I'm sure I wouldn't want to work for a company that sponsors the cp industry

I'd be tippin they'd know it was there mate, thats the sad thing with these torrent site owners they dont give a fuck, seems some sponsors dont mind having there company banner flying next to those sort of things either

When I go to that site, the two banners on the top are advertising hacked adult website passwords, and a banner that says "All the adult content of an expensive paysite, absolutely free!" Yep, sounds like a great business model eh?

A lot of free Twisty's content on TorrentSpy, but one of the advertisers is promoting Twisty's heavily. Maybe he'll have some insight into whether or not his Torrent account is giving Twistys a lot of sales and is worth allowing rather than blocking. Of course, this would also mean that Twisty's is profiting from the sales from all the free content of other programs too. Would be interesting to see some real numbers I think.

I can't speak for Shap but I will bet he doesn't know about this. He has always been very honest and not a fan of people stealing his content.
