If I go out and have had more than 3 beers in a short amount of time no driving for me. If I have 3 beers over the course of a 6-7 hour night I drive home. Anymore than 3 beers though no matter how long of time it's been I cab it or walk home if it's sort of close.
Yeah, if it's just for dinner or a few beers over a long period of time, it's not really "driving drunk" since your chance of being anywhere near the limit is pretty low. I admit that I hate to drink and drive but the situation has popped up -- feels better driving in a corrupt country where they'll take bribes though.

I'm baffled with the amount of idiocy displayed in this thread. You DUI people should be locked up for years, at your own costs of course. That will teach you not to jeopardise others' lives.
i drove home completely sloshed last night, no the smartest thing in the world to do and i know it. but i was pissed, had my keys in my pocket, and it was at least -25 last night. i only had to make it a couple miles, so i shook thems dice and rolled em.
I have no choice I am forced to drink and drive, unless of course I plan on starting my drinking while in bed and staying there.
Question is, can I be prosecuted for a DUI after drinking since I am in a wheelchair? I heard of some getting one for being on a lawn mower and bicycle.
I drink and drive, but where I live there are no laws against it. They were going to pass a law making it illegal but they decided it would be unfair to the bar industry. :D
