I think that the guy causing the problem should have been arrested for disturbing the peace

if you slip in a store there could be good reason to sue. the store might have been negligent.. if they had a freezer that was leaking fluid on the floor , they had been warned to fix it , thn some poor shmoe slips and injures his back and cant work what is he supposed to do.. i'm not saying they are always legit but at least theres a reason.
