30 minutes ago we were hit in the back bumper while at a stoplight. Fortunately it did no damage.

it must have been a hoot when the cop asked you for your license and you had to go fetch it from your purse....

What good would that have done him? This spic has no insurance, is here illegally, has no job and prolly no money. My dad got hit by a truck full of these assholes and he had to pay everything himself, including the medical bills. Good thing you werent hurt.

Sucks it happened to you, but the same think happened to me and it favored me.

I was going down the PCH here in the west coast and was looking at the ocean. The car in front of me stopped suddenly and i rear ended him.
My front bumper was a bit damaged and his whole rear end was smashed.

He chose not to take my insurance info or get the police involved because he was not legal and didnt want to have problems.

I told him that i understand and we should go our seperate ways.

Was he taking into custody? I thought if you dont have DL and insurance you can get handcuffed on the spot. Plus as far as I know cops have the right to check your immigration status from now on and if you reside illegal in the country they can pass you to ins custody and get you deported later on, but im not sure if the bill has passed.

Seriously though, can we really blame him for hitting you? It's been scientifically proven that Cher's voice causes temporary mental insanity...add to the fact that he's already under a lot of pressure being illegal and all...it was probably just too much for him to handle.
