..........do you have AIR CONDITIONING in your home ( apartment )...... ?

well, the topic says it all

axelcat 06-21-2006 11:34 AM

yes it is a must

AC – Infinity 06-21-2006 11:35 AM

yes i don't think i could live w/o air conditioning

FLAiR 06-21-2006 11:37 AM

nope.. because in england its cold as fuck most of the time.. and when it does get hot its still not needed for cooling.. a fan or sit in a freezer will do to cool us off =)

Elli 06-21-2006 11:38 AM

In my previous house I had a window a/c unit for the office, but in this house my windows mostly face north, so it stays cool year-round.

spasmo 06-21-2006 11:39 AM

It's a must-have in Silicon Valley. Expecting triple digits today...

SweetJeanette 06-21-2006 11:44 AM

Yea I have AC...summer's in Cali it's a must! Lol

The numbers in the poll are very interesting....

WebairGerard 06-21-2006 11:50 AM

yeah, but I only use it when it REALLY HOT. I don't care for AC too much.

the source 06-21-2006 11:51 AM

It was 113 degrees on monday here...ya I have AC

OG LennyT 06-21-2006 11:53 AM

Yeah.. just put a Trane 19 SEER beast in this Spring, cost 6700 bucks...

Everyone has one here in Phoenix...

GlydeGirl 06-21-2006 11:55 AM

I don't like a/c... it makes the room air feel wet & un-fresh and it gives me a sore throat. I live in cool coastal BC, so the ocean breeze keeps it from getting too hot. Lucky me!

Radiate 06-21-2006 11:58 AM

yes I have it in my room, otherwise I would die

Sams_gfy 06-21-2006 11:59 AM

It's a must-have :thumbsup
And yes, i have ac

minusonebit 06-21-2006 12:00 PM

Even hahahahahahas have air conditioning...

MSV 06-21-2006 12:03 PM

Its on 24 hours a day, set to 72 degree's - A/C is required.

stickyfingerz 06-21-2006 12:06 PM

Dual zone central air. Upstairs and downstairs are two different units.

Icy 06-21-2006 12:07 PM

I'm from Spain and yes, it's so fucking hot here, you can't live without one.

3 units over here, love it, have the upstairs one set on automatic to kick in at midnight or when it goes above 80, downstairs shuts down at midnight, and the basement is manual

he-fox 06-21-2006 12:12 PM

There's no need for air conditioning in here. Temperatures stay between 20-30 Celsius (like 70-90 F) all around the year.

sounds comfy, i cant beat that but i can swing by with a twelver and mooch off your 4 units!

shermo 06-21-2006 12:21 PM

I don't know of a single home in Vegas that doesn't have AC. We keep ours at 78 year round.

pussyluver 06-21-2006 12:23 PM

It's more of a question of how many redundant systems you have.

I'm a sig whore 06-21-2006 12:25 PM

could not live with out it.

madawgz 06-21-2006 12:29 PM

yeah and its great! i cant imagine living without it!

Edman18 06-21-2006 12:29 PM

Yes i have in 3 bedrooms + living room .. in Panama, yes you need A/C.

zerrlander 06-21-2006 12:35 PM

Yes please!

I live in a sauna, my place is sooo hot! I have air conditioning, but I prefer to use fans ... feels good. Air conditioners make me cough after a while of having them on. I use mine sparingly.

I have that same A/C at my place here in Phx. Cost me the same amount too. You didn't have Alaskan put it in by any chance did you?

Rhesus 06-21-2006 12:39 PM

My new place is quite well ventilated. If it turns out I'll need it this summer, I'll buy :-)

Bro Media - BANNED FOR LIFE 06-21-2006 12:42 PM

nope, i have a fan

LittleSassy 06-21-2006 12:42 PM

Philippines, yes you will need AC if ya dont wanna get burn :P

D 06-21-2006 12:46 PM

San Frenando Valley, Los Angeles.

If you don't have A.C., you're not at home July/August during the day.

Antonio 06-21-2006 12:47 PM

nope, but I don't need one, winter and summer is more or less the same, it's winter now and I'm wearing shorts and t-shirt in my house

I have a heater but haven't had it on in the pass 2 years

MrIzzz 06-21-2006 12:51 PM

i never had AC until i got married, now i have 1 on in the bedroom all summerlong, honestly, i used to like using a fan more.

G-Rotica 06-21-2006 01:16 PM

couldn't live without it

gecko 06-21-2006 01:25 PM

not hot enough here to have one

cool1 06-21-2006 01:26 PM

Nope no AC
after -35 C to -40 C winters there is no way I want to feel cool in the summer
I want to feel the +30 C temps of summer, I want to get out in the hot sun, I want to sweat. I do have a fan though to help circulate the hot air
