Why you should never use epassporte
so we have 2 epass accounts and no longer use one because we dont trust the company with our funds
we we had good reason to worry, we had not used our account in a month and epass took it upon themselvs to seize our funds and suspend the account for inactivity (sic) we called thursday and spoke to an afro american female who said the account would be back to normal within 24 hours mind you I am still pissed as I dont take to kindly to companies takin my money due to me not spending it called them back an hour ago as the account was still screwed up and got a rep named Jade on the phone she was really irate and hostile and just simply very unproductive so I asked for a supervisor and after about 20 minutes on hold I finaly got a lady by the name of stacy on the line I guess she had already talked to jade and by the time she got on the line with me she was ready to be rude as possible and end the call and thats whats happened EPASSPORTE GOT PISSED BECAUSE I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MONEY??????????????????????????????/ WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS WORLD COMING TO I havent posted in a while life has been too good for the board but thought I would share that with you guys they will never get my business again after this |

ePassporte is always telling everyone how they are not like PayPal with regard to the account seizures. But the more I learn about this company, the more sure I am that they are one in the same. A sugar coated turd. No matter how many times you dip it in the coating vat, its still a piece of shit on the inside. pussyserver, I feel for ya. Suspending accounts for lack of innactivity is the most ridiculous thing I heard. For how long did you not login to that account?

im suprised epassporte is continuing down this road. if all they are going to be is a paypal copycat , theres no point, they will kill their client base before they can overtake paypal. I'm also suprised they aren't worried the feds are going to start investigating them over these "seizures". Especially seizures because of inactivity..
Many people seem oblivious to the fact epassporte is charging cross-sales as "gift accounts" to epassporte. so your unsuspecting surfer gets an epassporte "gift" account as a cross-sale, then gets it "seized" if he/she doesnt use it .. great move.. thats sure not to raise some eyebrows :winkwink: I wish these people would just use some common sense. its like a company gets to a certain size then forgets what/who made them who they are.. |

When you all have some comeptition, and its coming --- people are working on this, your company will lose half of its customer base within 30 days unless you all pull your heads out of your ass, stop worrying about marketing and worry about fixing your marginal product and, above all, your fucked up, rude, incomptent customer service. And I am willing to bet my left nut and my right arm on the statement about the marketshare issue. So send me the card that I paid for a month ago and I'll leave you all alone until the next time you decide to bend me over and shove it in. |

I almost never have a good experience while on the phone with epassporte support. I have spoke with both Jade and Stacy and both of them were unprofessional.
Perhaps epassporte should start hiring ladies with brains and not just beauty. |
