Our Dressing Room Got Robbed Tonite
 

I organize a wednesday night hockey game at 10:00pm every week. This week we were playing after a midget hockey team who were doing tryouts for the team.

We went out on the ice and sure enough when we got back a whole bunch of our money was missing and some wallets. The arena didn't give us a key to lock the room :(

Luckily they do have video cameras so I am going to go back tomorrow and review them with the arena owners. I called the police but we know 99.9% for sure it was one of the younger kids that were playing before us and waited for us to leave the dressing room and came in when we were out on the ice.

Fucking sucks, I think over $400 was stolen...

Where we live hockey is a religion and it's like stealing from the hand of god to go into someone's hockey dressing room and do this. Honestly if you were caught you would have to leave town it would be that bad...

that is one bad experience man. the place has a very poor security and I hope they should investigate about this or they could be liable about the incident.

I always carry a lock for the dressing room and put it over the one thats already there from the arena....I bring the keys on the bench and it solves the problem. My team got stolen once when I was Bantam I think...At least nobody had jobs so they only stole like 40 $ altogether....Damn I was pissed they robbed my 5$.

When I was in Peewee someone stole my jeans out of a locker room once :( When I realized I had to put my gear back on and go home like that...

fuck the police - find out who it is and have someone VISIT the kid. not rough him up - just install WHO THE FUCK HE JUST ROBBED and give him an opportunity to pay the money back and appoligise.

if it's done right - by a scarry guy in a suit - in a black car - with two bigger thugs with him - it'll be hillerious and i doubt the kid will ever steal from anyone again.
