What is claimed to be the world's most expensive sandwich is seen on display at Selfridges Department Store in London. Named the McDonald Sandwich, after it's creator, chef Scott McDonald, the ingredients are Wagyu beef, fresh lobe foie gras, black truffle mayonnaise, brie de meaux, rocket, red pepper and mustard confit, and English plum tomatoes, all packed into 24-hour fermented sour dough bread - and it sells for $171 CAD.

If you're shitting it out in 6 hours, your digestive system is fucked. It takes the human stomach roughly 4 1/2 hours to to digest, and between 24 to 72 hours to pass through your digestive track.

$171 CAD is like $10 US.

At the end of the day just a few people buying it - whether to impress, out of curioisty, etc. is going to make more money than breaking your back running a McDonalds franchise

Take my word for it....wagyu beef is the finest beef known to man. Exclusive
Japanese restaurants have it. The cows from which wagyu beef comes have
been pampered all their lives. Farmers give them daily massages they drink
beer and they get a very balanced diet of the best grains available.
