Evil1 03-21-2006 06:57 PM

stay up? or is that too simple a solution?

BIGTYMER 03-21-2006 07:20 PM

Go to the store and buy some Unisom or Sominex.

Rebecca Love 03-21-2006 07:22 PM

Tylonel PM, or Ambien.....But Ambiem can go the wrong way sometimes.:helpme

strobi 03-21-2006 07:23 PM

Buy some StileNocte or some other mild sedative. Work for me. I always have some mild sleepingpills with me if I really have an important day ahead. Believe me these pills work. I can be pumped up like there'se no tomorrow, I pop one of those and I'm sleeping in 15 minutes. Go to a doctor/local pharma.

Furious_Male 03-21-2006 07:34 PM

A nice long walk in the cold air might help wear you out.

Abbie Bueller 03-21-2006 07:34 PM

Ambien kicks my ass everytime I need it kicked.

minusonebit 03-21-2006 07:39 PM

Benedryl is a cheap OTC that has a sedative aspect to it.

tristan_D 03-21-2006 07:49 PM

the more you worry about falling to sleep the more you will find it hard to sleep
just relax

Heavy squats followed by 3 glasses of wine =)

If that doesnt work, try a turkey dinner followed by a big fat joint :thumbsup

Jhaffgina 03-21-2006 09:41 PM

Just relax, peace of mind is required.

That sleep medication with the butterfly (lunesta, I think). That shit will knock you out faster than a Mike Tyson uppercut.

Honestly, give it a shot. Take it right before you lay down and before you know it you're waking up...and you feel super fucking refreshed.

reed_4 03-21-2006 10:52 PM

try to read some books or watch a boring film. I think that could bring you back to sleep.

skinnay 03-21-2006 11:06 PM

i fell asleep but i just woke up :(

sleeping pills of course

drjones 03-22-2006 07:12 AM

Melatonin is over the counter supplement and works really well. Its what your brain uses to make you tired naturally.. taking it every once in a while really helps.

Plus it really gives you some freaky vivid dreams.
