how can i force myself to sleep?
i need to wake up tomorrow at 9 but i woke up today at 3. what should i do? its hard for me to fall asleep if im not really tired

Buy some StileNocte or some other mild sedative. Work for me. I always have some mild sleepingpills with me if I really have an important day ahead. Believe me these pills work. I can be pumped up like there'se no tomorrow, I pop one of those and I'm sleeping in 15 minutes. Go to a doctor/local pharma.

i woulda drank but i gotta play hockey. i just ended up staying up and working on sites for a few hours. im tired as fuck. being a goalie today's just gonna be one of those "stop the ones in the middle" games :)

lay in bed ready to sleep and put on the tv, make the room dark and you will see that you will fall asleep infront of the tv. works for me.

get up at a decent time dont do coffee alcohol (youll crash and wake up after 2 hrs dehydrated) read some easy on the mind before goin to bed
