Thats a .45 caliber? 7" barrel? :Oh crap Looks like one I tried out once; it had a hell of a kick. I wanted that so bad.. I think it was $450 which was way out of reach for me at the time.

The laws have started to change recently. I know the streetsweepers and bullpup shotguns are still no-no's, but you may be able to pick that one up without a special class 3. I know it is still an NFA so you would have to pay the tax, register it with the ATF, and fill out a form 4 before they would even consider it. Check here for more info
