We are looking for a skilled person to fill a position as our TGP Network manager.

If you know somebody who might fit this position, we offer a reward of $500 via Epassporte.

Currently we have a small network of 7 TGPs with a total of 100k uniques per day.
We also have 3 fulltime designers working on the project.
This will be your base for expanding the network.

You will be supervising the designers, maintaining and expanding the network.

Our goal is to build a network of text or thumb TGPs at +100k unique per day each.

If you have existing sites, we might be interested in buying them to get you in on this project.

Key skills:
- TGP building
- TGP Traffic trading
- Project management, managing designers assigned to your project
- Contacts to many tgp webmasters, you need it for trading
- Must work dedicated on this project

Your daily responsibility:
Simply to work dedicated on this project ? the position is yours as long as you fulfill your duties

Maintaining the current TGP network
- Maintain trades
- Find new trades and remove bad ones
- Update galleries

Expand the TGP network
- Plan new sites
- Manage designers
- Launch new sites

Our responsibility:
We take care of all expenses regarding the project, meaning we pay for
- Hosting
- Designers
- Feeder traffic

Besides that we help maximizing the profit from the sites and galleries.
This arrangement would be ideal to you if you are really good at building traffic, but not so good at generating revenue from the traffic.

This is a partnership:
We pay you a monthly base wage plus a percentage of the gross income.

In addition to this, you will also get a bonus for each site which reaches 100k uniques pr day ? without depending on feeder traffic.

If we get more than one person we really would like on our team, we might create more than one TGP network.

99.99% of people that can do this can make more $$$ working on thier own unless your providing alot of long term feeder traffic and a nice pay package its doubtfull you will get anyone that has decent skills.

I was totally amped about applying for this, as I am looking currently for a position (see link in sig) - until I read these parts.

It sounds like you want someone like boneprone or sleazydream to run your network for you.

Not to state the obvious here, but people with these skills aren't necessarily looking for these kind of positions. One *would* think that the people with ample experience would do well enough on their own.

Payment idea:
Base payment on $2000 pr month + 30% of the gross revenue.
We expect to generate $3000 pr month 100k pr day
So with 10 sites: 30,000 * 30% = $9000 + $2000
A total of $11,000 pr month.

This is with 10 sites, we plan a lot more than that.
