-take care of my immediate family (houses, cars, college funds, etc)
-buy 3 cars for myself (hummer, lambo and a navigator)
-invest 3 million in different things (stocks, real estate and banks)

-buy tons of fleshlights to keep the boyfriend busy for a while
-rent strippers everyday (male and female)
-build a shag room in my mansion (dildos, sex swings, dvds, movie projectors, etc)

I would NEVER..tenants are a pain in the ass. My mom's having issues with one, she's been in court with the tenant for 14 months now, and the fucking judge can't get the guy evicted even though he has failed to pay the rent for 18 months. $4k/month I might add.

Then i'd buy a 1million dollar house - and drive a D10 thru the middle of it - jump in my POS datsun and drive off.
