theses guys don't have "live help" support on site, they don't have any instant messenger contacts, you got lucky they answered your emails cause they don't answer mine.

I agree. After using their email system to get a withdrawal increase - it was a 3-week time-wasting disaster, to put it mildly - I just call them for everything. They usually answer quick with little hold time and have a call-back service.

I got one... I tried to get gas yasterday with epass, it said "see attendant" or "not authorized" or something.. tried it twice before breaking out a "real" debit card.

a lot of webmasters in the adult biz are using ICQ as their global communication tool with sponsors, affiliates, other webmasters etc.. and the number 1 use of ICQ for many is support.
for foreign webmasters, instant messeging is in many cases the ONLY method they use.

you should take this into account and step into the real time cyber space.
