what car to buy?
 

If you could spend up to 45k.. (considering car prices here DONT compare them to North american prices since they are much cheaper there..) what would you buy of this 4 cars?

the BMW 1 series (120i) goes for 40.000 but the lowest range.. with no automatic and no leather/power nothing.. to get it decent it gets to over 45k..

the new 3 series starts off at 44k so its also out of range when you add the 2k gearbox

acura tl or rl

Cooper S is a great car, but why automatic, will be so boring to drive.

The new A3 is crap restyle wise and its not even in the same market the Volvo...funny choice of cars you have there (different segments)

Why buy new and waste money? Buy 1 to 3 years old and still under warranty. You can get much more car for the money and you don't take the big depreciation.

volvo or Audi !! both are great cars.
Try and check the rpice of parts in case you need to fix something you won't end up paying an arm and a leg for it.

Crappy warrantyes here.. 2 years for Mini, 1 for Volvo, 2 for Audi.. 3 for Honda

What about Nissan Maxima 2005 or 2006 ?

maybe HODA is a good car but all japan cars are true shit - of course they are reliable but all is made of cheap plastic.
Man you can get MB S-classe for 45K - used 1 of course :pimp

i wish i had more options.. Nissan just sells SUVs and the Z here for 60k.. the cheapest Mercedes is the C class Sportcoupe for 51k, no accuras no infinity.. we do have lexus but the cheapest goes for 69k.. insane

None except the Accord from those you mentioned goes into this market segment, and this is much better (not talking about how many gazzilion km's the car will do but in overall)
