Long story short but here's the answer.

There is only a few of us willing to stand up to him with the law. Most people here will bitch and complain on the boards till they are blue in the face. However not many will actually come forward and do anything.

I have been dealing with authorities on this and the people I'm dealing with want to put this idiot away. However when they find something the webmasters here won't prosecute. Most famous answer "oh well it's not worth all that".

Therefore he runs free and he banks nobody will do anything. And those of us that are trying have enough to make complaints but not enough for what the investigators need to pick him up.

However the more this crack head does the closer he is coming. His own self ego is going to be his coffin nail because he thinks he's teflon don.
