I actually superglued a cool drink coaster to my desk.. that's what I use. :thumbsup

I drove around one hot day with an x-large soda and I set it down on my desk and kind of let it sit there most of the day...then I picked it up and I had a ring :( My desk is only about 2 months old if that.

Gotcha beat...I use a pringles lid, lol, but a yogurt lid works equally well.

heh, the glasses i use dont have a circular bottom, and i dont think would fit in pringles lid, but i fucking will try this next tube i buy.

Those aol cd's you get every 2 months make damn fine coasters.. they time it perfectly too, once the one you have is getting pretty nasty, they mail you a brand new one.

My desk is made of glass, so I don't need a coaster.

I have absolutely no concept of caring for my stuff.. haven't used a coaster since I was a kid.

My desk has leather insets on the top. I have to be carefull with anything that might mess it up. I use a coaster on top of a ceremic tile square.

Well Kitty, you should know by now the rest of us are just simple flea ridden dogs, and envelopes work just fine ;)

old cd-roms and a bunch of coasters i picked up at various bars in Germany...

neatly folded paper towel, i always have a big glass of ice water nearby.

i refill my glass 2-3 times per day and swap out my soggy paper towel for fresh one.

used to use normal style coasters but the condensation would puddle and i would drip ice cold water into my lap whenever i took a drink, paper towel soaks it up.

i keep a gallon jug of water handy. I do use empty envelopes for scratch paper..phone numbers, e-mail addresses , grocery lists, thinkgs to do lists...now I have hundreds of empty envelopes around with something important on each one of them..

my favorite ones seem to be my ifriends checks.. i get a new one each week :)

I read something once where a guy said if a chick digs S&V chips she'll eat pussy. We did a study on it...asked everybody who came over (except parents, of course, lol) if they liked S&V chips, and later, if they ate pussy. It was about 80% on target, lol.
