Doctor Dre 07-03-2004 01:18 AM

RAW unique ration is weird ... I normally get 1/5 raw only ... you seem to get like 3/1

detoxed 07-03-2004 01:21 AM

1 sale went away from stats and you accuse them of shaving

If you are so convinced, maybe you are in the wrong biz if you feel everybody is against you. I am with a company that I know for a fact doesn't shave.

Matt 26z 07-03-2004 05:08 AM

2,223 raws

Is everyone's numbers like that with them or is this guy just sending blind click traffic?

TheWildcard 07-03-2004 05:17 AM

If you think they shave stop promoting them now.

Like someone said in the past... the bottom line is, if you make enough money at the end of the month, compared to other sponsors, who really cares? :2 cents:

Shaving does suck, but at what percent is what it counts, some sponsors don't shave but what if you make more with the shaving one? and the amount at the end of the pay period is what that counts. ;)

I do. I'd rather promote a sponsor that doesn't shave and makes less money than a sponsor that does shave.

I wouldn't trust my money with a company that shaves.

But what if they pay on time? The tech support is top notch? Cheqs don't bounce? You would still not promote them?

Even if you convert better with them, then other sponsors who don't shave? And can make more with them.

I am convinced that only 10% of them shave and 90% of webmasters blaim all sponsors of shaving because they can't get any decent ratios.:2 cents:

strobi 07-03-2004 05:33 AM

Strange.. looks like 1 signup dissapeared.

EviLGuY 07-03-2004 06:21 AM

Interesting stuff.. I'd be interested to hear their explanation.

Although, I agree with what you say, stealing is still stealing.

If it is acceptable for them to steal then it sould be acceptable to spam. RIGHT?

Hopefully, more sponsor will be outed, dragged out and prosecuted.

Just look at ENRON....they shaved....now California is paying for ENRON's shit.

mardigras 07-03-2004 07:59 AM

I would like some of these people who think it is OK to shave as long as you get paid on time to come work for me. I need some work on my house. I'm going to pay you $100/hour to do some construction work, shouldn't take more than a few days to complete. When you are finished I am going to write you out a paycheck for 1 hour, but I am going to give it to you on the exact day we agreed on, OK?:glugglug

justsexxx 07-03-2004 08:35 AM

Well you got this strange "glitch" do a search on GFY, and you will notice many webmasters are not PAID AT ALL by dirty dollars...

So watch out....

If you listen to what he said then your story should be. Im going to pay you $100 but on pay day I shave 20% and pay you $80. But youd prefere someone who says they will pay you $50 and on pay day they dont shave so you get all your $50. Which is still less than $80

What hes saying is simple. If a sponsor doesnt shave and you get $100, then a sponor who does shave and you still get $200 is better

Its all about the bottom line. Stay with the sponsor who makes you the most

The Bootyologist 07-03-2004 09:11 AM

I don't know the dirty dollars setup, but is it free trial kind of stuff?
Lots of sponsors remove the sale if they immediately cancel the free trial. They say only when it is immediate, but I believe ( know) them to do it for atleast the first 24 hours..it sucks..it's still a shave..you got them to enter the cc..you deserve the money..if the sponsor can't keep them, that isn't my problem..
