Never been much of a vodka lover... but i've never really had the good stuff. I've had some Absolut vodka martinis in my time but I was always too drunk to discriminate by then.

Where does the Goose rank amongst the good vodkas?

If I had to label myself - its definitely single malt scotch.... But I love some nice dark rum, top shelf tequila, cognac, bourbon, etc.

Not a huge vodka fan and I hate gin. Something about that Juniper really makes me ill.

Oh yeah, and of course hard cider and good beer.

when you get a little older you might try eliminating soda pop. . . . the Captain is much better done on the rocks

I loved how at the SD National Net closing party, there was, what? 4 tables with serve-yourself bottles of grey goose and mixers in their VIP room? That was in addition to the free flowing bartender station and private DJ.

I keep a 40 ouncer of GG at the office for one of two reasons:

1) Great stats this week and celebrate.
2) Horrible stats this week and drink my sorrows away.

But for the record - I prefer my scotch and cognac straight up (not even rocks for that matter) but I admit I've never had Captain straight.

While Grey Goose and cranberry is my drink of choice, after drinking it for three nights in our suite and then at our closing party, I think I may just have to drink rum and coke this weekend :)

They throw a great party for sure. Not really being a vodka drinker I went to the bartender to see what they had. When they did not have scotch, they simply asked me what kind, and went and got it for me.

That is what I call service. . . . and style.

Damn... I gotta start going to these industry events. I'm such a hermit family man these days. :(
