so far I won the "best business advice contest"

got 50 dollars for telling a "old timer" why the ~ file kept reappearing on his desktop.

and a cool new t-shirt that my wife likes.

All that for a few minutes of typing while i was waiting for a brain freeze to go away and applying for patents.

its all a matter of how much everyone applies themselves some people on here don't talk don't communicate and they'd be suprised how much more productive shit is, since i signed up i've learned a lot from everyone here

This place is just a PR persona proving ground for folks trying to sell one product or another. Proabably 3-5% of posts are useful in some business fashion. Its a big game of chess, another outlet of income in a market flooded with income potential. A place to explore all avenues of creative marketing techniques, fail at one, ruin your rep, get a new username and start over, succeed at one milk it to fucking death till its dry as a bone, then use your postcount as a selling point. Thats about the grand scheme of things here at GFY. Its useful in many ways, useless in many more, just a game...just a game.

Everytime I see your nick, I confuse it with "TheDoc".

I agree for those that post for a living. But my rent is paid. I have only one primary job "Pornography" or the more politicaly correct term " Adult Intertainment".

I don't live with mom haven't for over 20 years.

I own my webservers. They belong to me.

We like some posters with large postcounts, like Soul Rebel and a few others, that actually contribute something to this board. But as you pointed out in your post: If you are just looking at the register date and post count for judgement, then you are really missing out on a lot of great info that still can be found on this board.

(And believe me, we care as less as the rest of you for those ARS sigwhores who ONLY post smilies to get sig views)
