DJ Green Lantern OR DJ Red Alert for the Players Ball
 

We have Naughty By Nature performing, Too Short as MC and performing, with other surpise artists.

DJ Evan, our house DJ is still spinning early on and during the Woody Awards.

We want to throw in another DJ to tear up the club.

DJ Red Alert is a legend and dates back a bit, still current as well. Mixes good hip hop with some dub style and dancehall reggae. We can have him if we want.

Or

We can have DJ Green Lantern, which is super hip right now. He's the hottest hip hop DJ out, Eminem's DJ. With Eminem producing him and his mix CD's, he's blowing up bigger and bigger. He also just made the mix CD with all current rappers, rapping with Tupac and Biggie, about to be released. It should be the biggest mix CD of all time, especially with Eminem behind it.

I'm leaning towards Green Lantern because he'll blow up right around the time of the Ball, and for those on the East Coast, they'll really appreciate it. I can see him being bigger then DJ Funk Master Flex soon as well. Plus, Green Lantern can mix it up and really get the crowd dancing. Both DJ's can actually. I guess it's a matter of new school or old school DJ.

Can't go wrong either way, I wanted to see what you all think before I lock one in.

Looking into Qbert and Apollo, Z-Trip isn't available on that date.

I know I can have DJ Red Alert or Green Lantern locked in now, with Qbert and others like that, I don't have it ready to be locked in yet.

Skillz wise, Qbert would be the call. But up and comer wise, Green Lantern will blow up big this year, so the price I have is a great deal if he blows up with that new CD coming out. And he's down with Eminems camp, which adds the element of who's going to come and hang, rapper wise.

Still looking into all options, just seeing if GFY was hip to either of those mentioned. But if more people start saying they want Qbert, I'll put more efforts into it.
