Give searchfeed a try. It's good with SE traffic cause it's PPC and you can specify how the results look and how many, etc. It can be easily integrated and you can have a varying amount of different links at varying prices. The payouts on adult clicks aren't that high(porn is $0.06 making you $0.03/click) but more targetted terms are usually higher. I usually use it for mainstream and it's doing great.
