the hun was here way before you, you are now competing with an uncountable number of sites, and with that style I wish you all the luck.

There is still money to be made with new tgps, just not with generic ones that are in no way different from the thousands of tgps already out there.

The hun is far away from idiot..he has no pop-ups, clean..his site is branded. The Hun. He sells t-shirts...good marketing..blah blah.

serious, a TGP can still work, the odds are low though, i assume you want to make money? so go with an obscure niche.

TGP/MGP sites are easy to get started if you have these crucial pieces to the puzzle.

1. Lots Of Startup Traffic To Feed The Site
2. Lots Of Friends In High Places With Whom You Can Trade With
3. Good Hosting and Traffic Trading Scripts
4. A Little Luck

Don't expect you will make any money with your TGP. Just trade your gallery spots for other gallery spots on other TGP's and watch your gallery money come in. :)

if you want advice on what to do in 2003 look at all the types of sites people are trying to sell, don't build any of those. How many link lists have you seen for sale?

I did the tgp route when I started. When people say don't start a tgp, they probably mean it. I make more with one of my sites getting 2k/day than my tgp ever did with 20k/day:2 cents:
