on saturday we went through a park after coming home from a movie and these two homeless guys were asking me for money, then getting very aggressive. I didnt give them any then the one guy said alot of shit and spat on me! I was gonna beat his ass down right then and there but didnt want to set a bad example for my kids. Im thinking about going back to the park later this week, or should I just tell the police?

At this point I'd just forget about the whole thing. Don't go back and confront them yourself, you'll be the one who gets arrested (and maybe sued). Telling the police two days after that fact that two homeless guys spit on you is just wasting your time.

ok there are a few options here, first....give them something and then report it stolen and tell the police that you saw them with it...Maybe hre them to do some yard work, give them some jewelry or somehting small and very expensive and then report it stolen and direct the police to them...give them some drugs and call the police but since they are bums the jail time would be like a present to them so like was already said, hire some kids from around the way and let them fuck them up
