Adult Performer Danny Mountain Detained by ICE 🚨

British adult film star Danny Mountain has reportedly been taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, according to multiple industry sources.

The 41-year-old, who has lived and worked in the U.S. for over a decade, is said to have long faced immigration status issues. Friends and colleagues say they haven’t heard from him since August 23, and ICE has not confirmed his detention.

If reports are accurate, Mountain could face deportation to the U.K., which may end his U.S. career.

It has been confirmed 100% that he has been detained by ICE and is being detained at the McFarland, CA, at the Golden State Annex Detention Center, awaiting his deportation hearing.

This is fucking crazy. :(
I've seen the new South Park episodes regarding ICE, damn funny.

So I guess it's not just Mexicans getting el deporto eh?

Plenty of 'ho's to fuck in the UK so no tears shed. Being in the US illegally is wrong regardless of your penis size.

I wonder if they will mess him about with deportation like they did to me. Basically keeping you locked up for the maximum time permitted before sending him back?

Not sure if its changed now, but when I was kicked out during 05/06 the maximum time they could hold anyone was 6 months. I was held for 6 months to the day in the DC but also spent another couple of weeks being processed in, and another week being processed out.

The processing weeks don't count towards the 6 months. When I was asking why I was being held instead of being allowed to head back to the UK under my own steam (They could have seen me onto plane at airport and I would have paid my own ticket) they wouldn't answer.

Turns out that as I was a 'non criminal' (In as far as while I HAD overstayed my visa, I hadn't robbed or assaulted anyone or sold drugs etc) and I wasn't a troublemaker at the facility, that they were actually 'earning' money from keeping me inside! They got more money paid than it cost to keep me, so they milked it for the entire 6 months...

Lets hope it isn't still like that for Danny's sake...

BTW, I'm not complaining about it - I did the '*crime' so I'll do the time - But I didn't agree with the unauthorized extra time that made it nearly 7 months.

*My 'Crime' ? Not leaving when my visa expired. I entered perfectly legally and just 'forgot' to go home! :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Rochard 09-04-2025 06:46 AM

We had someone from our home town deported. He has lived here for thirty years, married, children, owns a house, and owns a local restaurant. He went to what he thought was his final immigration hearing before becoming a full US citizen and instead was arrested.

Within days the restaurant closed, a dozen people are unemployed, and now a woman with three children cannot support herself.... Winning.

How did he get to own a home, own a resturaunt, etc etc if he was here illegally? False papers? How did he get loans for all?

Sorry but here illegally it's adios time - just like it would be for me if I over stayed my Visa in the EU.

When they refer to "illegal immigrants" in federal law they are specifically talking about you though, not those seeking asylum. :1orglaugh

And of course Porn Nerd in here being a hateful goof. I rarely notice anyone but not the first time.

Do you think maybe he should have cleared up his immigration status before 30 years, getting married, having kids, buying a house and opening a restaurant?

I mea, Rochard, would you just support me moving to the USA and deciding "I think I'll stay" and not follow the fucking rules? :error

Nearer 7 months actully - It was OK... Bit boring overall, but an interesting experience...

In fairness I wasn't in with hardened criminals or violent offenders. Just the lowest risk category people. Made a few pals and enjoyed the communal toilets... :2 cents:

Well it was like a vacation from responsibility. Everything was decided for me - When I ate, what I ate, what time I went to bed, what time I got up. I had no rent to pay, no bills to pay and nothing whatsoever that I had to do. I didn't even need to decide what to wear each day, as I has prison uniform...

No pressure, no stress, no responsibility... Complete relaxation...

No one knew their deportation date - All you knew was that if it was your turn, you would be woken up in your cell by a guard at 4.am and taken to processing... So people just 'Disappeared'...

A mate that you had breakfast next to each morning would just not be there anymore, or it may be the guy who would lend you his magazines that was gone... The entire thing was utterly surreal... Kinda like a reality show where the audience votes off a contestant each night...

Best part though WAS the toilets... They were communal with no stalls or doors. Toilet paper was outside at the entrance, so you could see who was planning a nice big poo because they grabbed toilet paper to take in with them...

Naturally this meant that if you wanted to watch them have a poo, you could just sit on the toilet across from them, and enjoy an uninterrupted view! That was the very bestest part of all... :thumbsup

that part would fucking terrify me. plus no pets?

not like I watch a lot of 'crime' stuff but have noticed that when peeps get locked up they get all doughy and slack compared to their former, free selves. thinking in particular of a former listee on my old website who went to prison for murder. in the trial footage I couldn't even recognize her, appearance had changed so drastically

imagine a steady diet of white bread and baloney and processed cheese slices packing on the pounds, I'd starve to death in there. have seen (relatively) recent footage of you so know you're cute af, if that happened to you it obviously wore off

then there's the whole 'sleeping at night' like a normal person thing. ugh

must remember to be law abiding, or just maintain the facade :upsidedow

glad you got the enjoyed the toilets though, there was that for you at least :thumbsup

What is there to understand about immigration? Either you do it legally - which takes years with many hoops to jump through - or you cross the border (illegally) or overstay your Visa. What am I missing here?

They are still deporting people who are doing it legally

Seeking asylum is legal, doesn't make a flying fuck how you cross the border.

Overstaying a VISA is what they call illegal immigrants when not filtered through right wing idiots and it's not some major fucking offense.

And someone pushing the same porn that Republicans have wanted you arrested for multiple times over the years including NOW supporting this anti constitutional bullshit is insane.

But rock on. :1orglaugh

The guy in Rochard's example did not 'seek asylum'. He almost certainly crossed the border illegally.

Overstaying your Visa: no big deal? OK - try and do that in any other country and see what happens, especially if you overstay and then start living as if you have legal rights to be there. Good luck.

Both Democrats and Republicans have been hitting the illegal immigration issue for years. More deportations under Obama than anyone else.

So yeah, rock on. :)

Overstaying a Visa 5-10 years ago was a guaranteed 10 year ban from the US :2 cents:

He wasn't here illegally. He had a green card. He was going through the immigration process to become a full United States citizen. This is very, very common.

I have a family member who came to the United States legally, has a green card, opened a restaurant, got married, had kids....

They cannot find enough people here illegally to arrest and deport, so they are actually looking for people here legally, then revoking their eligibility because they got a parking ticket fifteen years ago and arresting them.

mechanicvirus 09-06-2025 02:37 PM

He will have to change his name to Danny Molehill since I bet someone with a smaller penis (soft and hard) arrested him. That's really embarrassing.

In that case I am 100% on your side here! If someone is picked up and has due process I am fine with it. But if somehow due process is denied them, or the system perverts the facts (like having a legal green card) then that is indeed 100% fucked up.

Go before the judge, he says Yay or Nay on the Asylum request, then you deal with the consequences. Anything less is absolutely wrong.

I looked into moving to Montreal but, being Quebec, it looked really difficult! Like having to learn French and jump through two sets of immigration hoops (one for Quebec, one for the rest of Canada).

Ya'll are so close to getting it.

This is literally what every "libtard" is "crying about" in regards to this administration deportations. But ya'll hear "illegal" and assume it's some gangbanging thug with 36 confirmed kills and intimidates everyone in a 6 planetary radius of him who gets all of our social security and medicaid taxes given to him and free reign to do as he pleases.

mechanicvirus 09-08-2025 04:36 PM

Lol im still laughing internally about some short white guy arresting him and not knowing Danny Mountain has a massive cock.

The best part is that blowhards who barely make money in this industry will be like "what does the dick size matter?" while working in the porn industry.

Never change GFY, never change.

It's willful idiocy though. No way you miss the thousands of videos of people being arrested in fields, factories, Home Depot parking lots and construction sites and think these are dangerous drug dealers that just happen to have second jobs. :1orglaugh
