Paxum vs Payoneer - Interesting table ...........
|
you pay for premium service. no way paxum is the same caliber
|
Payoneer it may be a bit expensive but their services rocks , never had problems with them and their support really rocks !
|
Payoneer is awesome, their live support gets shit done on the spot (including verifying documents).

probably closer to 800 now |
You would also need to look at the transaction fees and exchange rates to get a complete picture. In both cases people throw a lot of money out of the window compared to a regular, free checking account with an ATM card.
|
|
They apparently use the same bank in belize to issue the cards too.
|
- still cheaper than bank wire transfers.
- still more convenient than checks for people in eu. :thumbsup for both payoneer and paxum |
great to have both.
|
Is the last point (POS purchase) added specifically for Currentlysober?
|
One sponsor led me to sign up for a Payoneer account.
The activation fee was waived. I pay $2 load funds fee, and only use it for POS purchases. I'm charged either a $1 or $3 monthly fee depending on # of transactions for previous month. <== Don't like this, but so far I'm okay with it. |
interesting

In case you weren't aware, in January 2015, Paxum completely removed the POS fee for all clients. All Paxum POS transactions are free! The actual math (based on 52 card loads (1 per week) and 10 ATM withdrawals/5 POS transactions per month, for 12 months) is as follows: Payoneer Activation fee = $24.95 Monthly account fee = 12 x $1.00 = $12 Weekly transfer to card for a year = 52 x $2 = $104 Year of 10 ATM withdrawals per month = 120 x $3.15 = $378 Year of 5 POS transactions per month = 60 x FREE = $0 Total = $518.95 USD ----- Paxum Annual Maintenance = $44.95 Weekly transfer to card for a year = 52 x $0.25 = $13 Year of 10 ATM withdrawals per month = 120 x $2 = $240 Year of 5 POS transactions per month = 60 x FREE = $0 Total = $297.95 USD ---- Difference = $221 USD :thumbsup:thumbsup |
Ruth, the difference may be $221, but that's a small price to pay for good, responsive support. When the two companies are compared, in terms of support (and documentation/verification), it's not even close. Sorry.

Never signed up for Payoneer, seems like Paxum is *much* more adopted by affiliate programs.
I just signed up to many programs this week, and most of them offer Paxum, and hardly saw a mention of Payoneer if at all. |
for cams / dating payoneer is the most common.
|
Indeed, payoneer for cams all the way.

Thanks Nikki, it's very cool.
I use both, actually Payoneer has deleted this 2USD fees you had to pay to receive the money. Also, I had to operate a chargeback with Paxum recently and their bank partner is charging me 40USD ! I hate that. Meanwhile, being able to deal with Ruth, Chris, Vlad and Octav in case of issue, this is priceless. |

payoneer all the way.
|
I get paid by FFN to payoneer and do not pay anything for the load!
Ruth please explain what happens if I book a hotel using Paxum and than cancel later for a refund. What happens to that refund? Payoneer simply credits it back to my account. What happens with Paxum? |
