If I were to translate: Zombaio was late on payment and it negatively affected my bank balance which is a serious issue for me.

Am I right? I'm just not sure with that type of wording.

If i was in a boat of continuos late payments (which i am not) i would send email to culprit saying my money better be in my bank in 2 days. Additionally, if late again, you will advise all your members that the 3rd party biller you are using is not paying you. Ask your members to chargeback everything they can. Late payments is a sign of overhead being higher then what is collected.

It's not that complicated - Someone owes me money - They are having problems because Zombaio is not paying them...

I for one dropped them. They were only a back up processor. But still it's ridiculous that i have to mail them every week to get my money. Fucking idiots.

Better advice if late payments are causing cashflow issues for your business is to stay calm, work with the processor and your bank to find out why these delays are happening, and look at any other options open to you both with regard to processing and with regard to cashflow financing.

Threatening to encourage members to charge back is ridiculous beyond words and will not only get your account banned and funds held for 6 months, but if people do chargeback, this will also come back and bite you on the ass if you have to show your processing history to a new processor.

Even the little kid I helped pull cans and bottles out of a trash can this morning knew better than to throw them at his enemies.

We just got them turned on but will be using ccbill as the main processor soon.

As it seems, in the past few weeks, redpass limited the wire withdrawals to 5k$ max with the excuse that "Choice Bank' limited them.

so... even when trying to withdraw 5k they are NOT sending the money even after 5 weeks. there is no response from their support tickets or emails sent to them.

I also emailed directly the man who is in charge of pulling the trigger on the wires (and confirmed he read the mail using streak) - no reply on that either.

Ah yes.. and now (llast 5 days) transferring money from checking to CC is not working (its being "queued" and once the "system upgrade" will finish the money will be added to card.

That's the latest I have regarding epass .. eh oops.. redpass

Ouch. Going from firsthand experience from back in the day, when the processor starts saying the bank has "limited" them in any fashion.... that's usually a sign things will start going downhill pretty quick.

I'm really tired of their late payments. I've learned, you can't go by their "processed date" in their payout reporting system. How about, ADD another week to the "processed date"...and don't get me started about Xmas time. They were over a MONTH late, one Christmas.

What are the options, though, if you're processing adult? CCBill wants me to pay them a $300 deposit for processing MC payments..Zombaio may be consistently late, but at least I don't have to pay a deposit. Doesn't stop me from hating them, though.

Meh. They've been sending out the money late since, forever, practically. Always SOME excuse. I don't think it means they're shutting down anytime soon. I've been using them for 4 years now.

I still have not received the payout promised on April 4th. In another thread, there were some other processors mentioned. I am definitely jumping ship--sooo tired of this crap.

And another friendly suggestion.... if you are using any 3rd party billers, you are bending over with your pants down... and taking a stiffy. Then, with a smile, asking for more.
