Anyone from Plugrush support here? I tried to login to account and couldn't. then try to reset password and then it says account banned.
I have never had an issue with them before and would like to know what is going on.
I have tried the email provided and it didn't go through and the icq can't be found.

That's weird, I've sent three messages to their support yesterday and got a reply really quick, something around 2 or 3 hours after submit my ticket.

That's the thing. We can't submit tickets because they say we are banned. He was in the office 8 minutes ago so I would think he sees these posts.

Very weird. On a brighter note... I think the number of tubes selling traffic is now at 1.5 million... so the 500K or so google blogs being deleted on Sunday should not hinder things much :thumbsup

I use juicy too. What I did was redirect to juicy and then use plugrush as my alternate.
Juicy always pays more. I was getting like 1.8 per thousand with plugrush. Don't know whats going on with them. Can't get an email response or anything.

I am willing to give them my id and passwords to all my sites and they can investigate all they want. Ftp and everything.

Three weeks ago I started to do opposite of you.
JuicyAds, then PlugRush as alternate, just to increase the revenue. Yes, JuicyAds are with better CPM - about $5.0, but they count less redirects than PlugRush. I don`t know why. So, the profit for me was better with PlugRush. I was doing about $3.7-$4.0 CPM with them, but I assume, that this depends from the traffic and buyers.
Two weeks ago I decided to send all my mobile visitors to PlugRush and never received payments from them, because now I don`t have access to the account to request withdraw.

Did you get my last email? I got one of the digits in my ICQ wrong in my previous email.

This is getting very frustrating to say the least. I did nothing wrong for my account to be banned and I'm not getting any answers from PlugRush.
