it's not 2 girls per webmaster, havn't you heard of the 20/80 rule.
the top 20% do 80% of the business. that being said then

5 webmasters get 40 models, or if you're one of the 5 you it means you get 8 models - wooohooo

the other 20 webmaster get to share 10 models. so each model for that group gets two webmasters.

If Rocki is involved in the selection.. it should be nothing but top notch...
