I finally get my server back from them after 5-6 months i forget how long it was i waited for it.. and i immediately resold the server to a friend... I never even opend the box.. My friend gets the god damn server..and there is no HD in the server.


God what a total fucking joke they are.

as far as employees leaving this organization. You seem to mention the ones who failed to meet Pro Hosters standards. Let's not forget about the many that can and will do what needs to be done for the customer. These are the ones that truly should be applauded.

you are well aware of our terms of services, cancellations may only be done at the end of the month prior to the beginning of next month. This in no way impacts your service. Closures are not done until Feb 28 nor have they ever been. You pay for the month of service you get it. That is our terms that you agreed to.

sorry to tell you but 5k was going rate for sending LEGIT optin email not ILLEGIT. Andy was entirely the driving force behind all ILLEGIT spammers on our network. GZMEDIA is not a customer of prohosters in any fashion. We don't host spammers. We will consider hosting optin email if you can prove source under the terms of our providers policy. In no way were we EVER threatened by VERIO, we chose to leave due to service related issues.

I didn't go to vegas because I simply chose not to.
I didn't feel to go and irritate matters more would be in the best interest of anyone involved.
Even more so than that, I had every intention of NOT labeling myself when I started Pro Hosters and never did so until someone took over my duties. I host it's that simple.
I don't cater to any particular industry nor do I want to.

I do not care what ex-employees (not by their own will) have to say about PH, I care about what current customers and current employees have to say. But that of course never gets posted because that's not fun for posters to post about.

as far as your spamming question, I specifically told you an abundance of times to not spam from your server I would host your sites. You specifically told me you spammed from other hosts like rackshack or such. At the time I had no problem with hosting landpages, I do now.

I almost always ignore these hosting threads, especially when it's dirt about another company. However, I'm inclined to speak up here on behalf of the few that will find this thread below them.

You're the JOKE calling Sean and Mark 'not up to standards'. Mark is a prophetic admin and ProHosters is a worse company without him. Sean is a brilliant programmer and also genuinely honest and hardworking just like Mark was. The loss was yours, not theirs.

An hour of downtime daily, I love how people exaggerate downtime. We have had three episodes of downtime between Jan 1 and now, I fully admit this. One due to an attack on a political website which we rectified as well as added more connectivity ( this attack was 1.5Gb/s) The second was the infamous SQL slammer at midnight that was a global attack and took down several other networks. The third was a bug in Extreme software that did not prevent the attack when our providers lifted the filters on their routers. Extreme has since released a patch. We have also divided our dns servers into two cluster rooms on seperate links and increased other connectivity points. IF there is a valid point of 1 hour of downtime per day I would like to see the tickets and I will address it without question and issue a full credit for any downtime that has occurred.

Moreover I didn't even name what employees I am referring to only that they were ex employees. That doesn't mean ALL of the ex employees of PH.
