About the thumbs, its really cause of the different submitted sizes of the gifs....
not sure if this can be improved, but will try to set some better looking featured gifs :)

The problem is how are you going to profit from it?

The GIFs need to be in a higher quality and maybe with a domain or in built link. IMO

I'm kind of against watermarking the content if thats what you mean.

I'm planning to make a possibility for webmasters to upload gifs of their content, and make it that they can set their banner code under the gif preview. The banner will show 50% of the time.

This would give the webmasters a impulse to add gifs.

btw I only have 2 k unique traffic, and probably only 0.2 k quality traffic (very high quality that is), and I am doing more than OK. So you can have 200K, or 20000000000K, it is doesn't convert it is pretty much useless..
